Quotes and itineraries
Every trip starts with a written itinerary and quote shared on WhatsApp. Prices on this website are indicative "from" prices per person and may change with season, availability and group size.
Confirming a booking
A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and make the part-payment stated in it. The balance is due before departure, on the date written in your quote.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling charges depend on the hotels, transport and operators in your trip. The exact terms for your booking are listed in your quote before you pay.
Permits and documents
You are responsible for valid ID and any permits required (for example inner-line permits in parts of Spiti). We help with checklists and applications.
On the trip
Mountain roads, weather and local events can change plans. When that happens we will adjust the itinerary with you and keep you safe first.
